First launched in 2015 and designed by British duo Edward Barber and Jay Osgerby, the story of AXOR One began with a thermostat module that combines all functions in one single control element, with user-friendly Select Technology working away in the background.
Now the series has received an update, expanding AXOR One into an entire bathroom collection. Designer Barber and Osgerby have developed various wash basin mixers, overhead- and hand showers as well as enclosures for built-in and freestanding bathtubs. Their approach: radically minimalist.
As the two designers put it: ‘AXOR One provokes the memory of water but heralds a new way of controlling it that is much more precise and incredibly refined.’
